About the Author
Laura K. Bryant, author of Trust Yourself to Transform Your Body and founder of Inspire Fitness, teaches women the importance of creating their own plan for life-long health. Laura holds a master's degree in clinical psychology from Roosevelt University. After years of being overweight and not feeling good about herself, she created her own fitness plan and succeeded in reaching and maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle. She is a certified personal trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association and has her own company designed to help women live phenomenally better lives. She has dedicated her career to helping inspire fitness in other women.

Trust Yourself to Transform Your Body comes from years of interest and research in health and fitness, a passion for empowering women, and from what I learned during my own weight struggles. It is a book for women who are sick of trying diet after diet only to gain all the weight back. It is for women who know in their hearts that diets don't work but aren't quite sure they can do it themselves.
